around 6-9-2020, and Alger HP2-G8GS-R00Q3, located at 908 Adams Road, South Haven
submitted 9-4-2020. - A copy of the review criteria or checklist as used in reviewing all erosion control applications.

were denied issuance due to the lack of EGLE issuing 401 certification. - Copies of any studies/analysis measuring the current and potential future releases of any
harmful contaminants, as defined by Federal 401 requirements, as leached from treated
construction piles, sheet piling, freshly mined rocks as used in revetments, and cement poured
directly in the water.
