    applications, Lammert HPO-CMMR-OJ993, located at 2310 N M63, Benton Harbor submitted
    around 6-9-2020, and Alger HP2-G8GS-R00Q3, located at 908 Adams Road, South Haven
    submitted 9-4-2020.
  • A copy of the review criteria or checklist as used in reviewing all erosion control applications.
  • Copies of any notes, logs, or any other documentation as exist as to the date, time, and
    identities of EGLE personal meeting to review Shore Saver applications.
  • Copies of documentation as on file pertaining to the specialized training of Shore Savers
    application review participants including engineering/design and related marine industry
    construction experience.
  • A copy of the reviewing criteria used to determine that Shore Savers modules does not meet
    401 water discharge quality requirements or have any other adverse effects beyond those
    common to all erosion control structures as outlined in the permit denial letter.
  • Permit application numbers and permit denial letters for any erosion control structure
    applications submitted, including revetments, steel sheet piling and trap bags, that
    were denied issuance due to the lack of EGLE issuing 401 certification.
  • Copies of any studies/analysis measuring the current and potential future releases of any
    harmful contaminants, as defined by Federal 401 requirements, as leached from treated
    construction piles, sheet piling, freshly mined rocks as used in revetments, and cement poured
    directly in the water.
